Amendment Description This Amendment No. 1 to the Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q/A (the Amendment”) amends the Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q of PROOF Acquisition Corp I (the “Company,” “we,” “our” or “us”), as filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission (the “SEC”) on August 14, 2023 (the “Original Filing”). This Amendment includes adjustments that had been made to the Company’s financial statements to account for operating expenses for the quarterly period ended June 30, 2022, specifically expenses for directors and officers liability insurance, that were not included in the Company’s Original Filing but that had previously been restated in Note 2 - RESTATEMENT OF PREVIOUSLY ISSUED FINANCIAL STATEMENTS of the Company’s Annual Report on Form 10-K filed with the SEC on February 27, 2023.
